What counts as a "qualified lead"?
A qualified lead is an expat who has filled out our detailed request form — including their name, contact details, country, service needed, timeline, and budget. We review every submission before sending it to you. You only receive leads that match your country and category.
When and how do I pay?
We send you an invoice after each lead delivery. No upfront payments, no deposits, no monthly fees. You pay only for leads you actually receive.
What if the lead doesn't convert?
Not every lead will convert — that's normal in any lead generation model. However, our qualification process ensures you only receive serious inquiries. We do not charge for duplicates or clearly unqualified submissions. If a lead is fake or invalid, we issue a credit.
Are leads shared with other professionals?
No. Every lead is exclusive — sent to one expert only. You won't compete with other professionals for the same client. This is why our conversion rates are significantly higher than shared-lead platforms.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract, no exclusivity, no minimum number of leads. You can pause or stop receiving leads at any time. Just let us know.
Do you take a commission on my services?
No. You pay only for the lead. Once you receive the client's details, you work with them directly at your own rates. We take zero commission on your services — whether it's a $500 consultation or a $10,000 visa package.
Can I choose how many leads I receive?
Yes. During signup, you tell us your capacity — 1–5, 5–10, or 10+ leads per month. You can adjust this at any time.
